The only event better than a Bar Mitzvah is a Bar Mitzvah that celebrates the youngest family member’s coming of age. Samuel’s Bar Mitzvah was a particularly special one for Paul Michaels Events, as we had the privilege of providing DJ services for his two older brothers’ Bar Mitzvahs in years past. We were ecstatic to be back for this family’s third Bar Mitzvah celebration! For his Bar Mitzvah, we provided Sam and his loved ones with Bar Mitzvah DJ services, as well as a photo booth, at Congregation Etz Chaim in Lombard. To bring this party to life, we sent Paul Michaels as the Emcee, DJ Vlad, and dancers Jamie and Gary. Right after services ended, everyone started filing into the synagogue’s social hall for the party to begin!

As the kids came in, we started to get to know each one and play some games. After the first game, our family of honor made their grand introductions. Samuel’s family walked in to “We Are Family”, then the man of the hour stepped in to the room to “Sharp Dressed Man”. Everyone’s energy escalated as they cheered for Samuel, and that certainly kicked off the party.

Throughout the afternoon, we kept the kids busy with more games, such as Musical Chairs and Coke & Pepsi. The Newspaper Game in particular was quite a success as everyone – adults included – got involved and were creative in their gameplay. Including some fun and interactive games, we conducted a riveting hula-hoop contest and competitive scavenger hunt. We also had everyone participate in some trivia, with questions about Samuel. It was both enjoyable and heartwarming to see how many people knew so much about the guest of honor. At the end of it all, lots of prizes like gift cards and candy were received, and everyone left the celebration feeling like a winer.

From everyone at Paul Michaels Events, Mazel Tov to Sam! Thank you again to you and your whole family for letting us celebrate with you. We loved being a part of both of your brothers’ Bar Mitzvah celebrations, and were honored to be a part of yours, too.
