Recently, Paul Michaels Events had the privilege of partnering with a local Morgan Stanley office to host an unforgettable holiday party for their team and significant others. Held at the chic and modern R29 Lounge at The Franklin in Downtown Chicago, this event brought together lively music, spirited karaoke, and plenty of festive fun.
R29 at The Franklin, located in the vibrant heart of Downtown Chicago, provided an ideal setting for this celebration. With its sleek design, spacious layout, and contemporary vibe, the venue set the stage for a stylish evening filled with camaraderie and holiday cheer. Paul Michaels Events was thrilled to enhance the atmosphere with a combination of our DJ and newly upgraded karaoke services, creating a unique and dynamic entertainment experience tailored to the event.
To kick off the evening, DJ Paul Michaels filled the air with upbeat, energizing music as guests arrived and mingled. The playlist featured an eclectic mix of fun tracks designed to set the perfect festive tone and put everyone in the holiday spirit. About an hour and a half into the party, we transitioned into karaoke, seamlessly switching gears to add an exciting new layer to the celebration.
Our service always ensures that we will make sure to do something right, or we won’t do it at all. With this motto in mind, we recently upgraded our karaoke equipment to ensure that the experience is second to none, and this event marked the debut of our enhanced setup. Using a venue-provided TV screen to display lyrics (though we can provide screens when needed), guests had the opportunity to belt out their favorite songs with crystal-clear sound and professional-grade equipment.
One of the unique aspects of blending DJ and karaoke services is the flexibility it offers. Whenever there was a lull in the karaoke queue, DJ Paul Michaels easily transitioned back to playing music, keeping the energy high and ensuring there was never a dull moment. This combination of services catered to everyone in the room—whether they wanted to sing their hearts out, dance the night away, or simply enjoy the festive ambiance.
The result was an event that was lively, interactive, and memorable. Guests cheered each other on during karaoke performances, danced to their favorite tracks, and laughed as the evening unfolded.
