Love was in the air as Valerie and Patrick embarked on a journey of a lifetime at the beautiful White Eagle Golf Club in Chicago. Every moment of their wedding celebration was filled with elegance, enchantment, and unforgettable memories. For our bride and groom, it was love at first sight – or should we say, love at first song! After seeing DJ Shannon at a previous wedding, Valerie and Patrick knew that Paul Michaels Events was the right choice when it came to Chicago suburbs DJ services for their wedding. Their special day was made perfect with our wedding elite package.
From the moment guests entered the venue, they were greeted with a spacious and inviting atmosphere, designed to foster connections and comfort. The couple’s impeccable taste was evident as the decorator transformed the venue’s Grand Ballroom into an enchanting haven, adorned with exquisite floral arrangements and the soft glow of candles. Paired with our blush uplighting, the scene was straight out of a magazine. The ambiance was set just right during the cocktail hour with light and soothing melodies that provided the perfect backdrop for mingling and conversation. But that’s not all – the celebration extended to the outdoors as well. With an outside speaker setup, guests could enjoy the fresh air without missing a beat of the festivities. Every detail was meticulously attended to, with up-lighting, dancing lights, and a personalized monogram that added a touch of sophistication to the overall setting.
As the moment arrived to introduce Valerie and Patrick to their eager guests, their radiant joy and excitement set the tone for a night of laughter and celebration. The bridal party got the energy kicked off by coming into the room to “Walk It Talk It” by Migos, to which then the newlyweds followed to “Bring Em Out” by T.I. While the crowd was still brimming with excitement, the excitement transitioned to pure love as Valerie and Patrick shared their first dance to “God Whispered Your Name” by Keith Urban. Still keeping the moment sweet, they had their cake cutting (with “Yummy” by Justin Bieber playing in the background, naturally), and then welcomed everyone to their reception. Following their speech, everyone shared a lovely dinner, courtesy of the venue, whilst listening to toasts made by the father of the bride, the maid of honor, and the best man.
The highlight of the evening, of course, was the dance floor where DJ Tyler and DJ Shannon took the reins, ensuring that every beat kept the guests on their feet and the energy flowing. Per the couple’s request, our DJs kicked off the dancing with “Wonderful Tonight” by Eric Clapton, and from there, the dancing went all night long. They kept the party in high spirits by playing the best Top 40 hits, some classic throwbacks from the 90s, and some of Drake and Travis Scott’s best beats. Even the groom, who prefers to keep his dance moves private, was out on the floor dancing the night away with his new bride!
