When Derrek and Anna called Paul Michaels Events DJ Company to provide DJ Services for their wedding, they knew they had to have great music. Of course, Paul Michaels and his team delivered! From the very first call, Paul Michaels worked to provide them with the perfect soundtrack for their special memories. Not only did we provide music and microphones for their ceremony, but DJ Paul Michaels also performed for their wedding reception. Their venue, Community House Winnetka in Winnetka, Illinois, is one we’ve provided wedding DJ services at before, and we’ve always had great experiences! For this bride and groom, our Wedding Base Package was the perfect choice for their big day.
The evening started with a short and sweet ceremony outdoors in the courtyard. For our gamer fans, the beautiful bride walked down the aisle to the Legend of Zelda theme song. After Anna and Derrek said their “I Do’s”, cocktail hour commenced, and guests were able to mingle and enjoy the lovely October weather. Soon after, everyone entered the reception space to grab their seats. Guests cheered as the bridal party and newlyweds made their awesome introductions.
Northern Fork provided a wonderful dinner for Anna, Derrek, and all their loved ones. Following this, DJ Paul Michaels opened up the dance floor and got the crowd pumped. He made sure a wide variety of genres got played, from 90s Alternative to Motown, and even Vanessa Carlton! The couples also got on the dance floor to take part in the anniversary dance. From the moment the dance floor opened to the last dance of the evening, everyone danced their hearts out and had an amazing time.
Derrek and Anna couldn’t be more delighted with the high-quality services we provided, and we couldn’t be happier to take part in their big day! Even now, Derrek and Anna are still talking about the music and the atmosphere at their wedding.
