Liz and Tom may have gotten officially married in 2022, but it finally came time for them to have an official celebration with all of their loved ones. Paul Michaels Events had the pleasure of playing a part in the festivities that took place at the Garfield Park Conservatory. Our DJ entertainment services for the evening included our wedding elite package and ceremony services.
The Garfield Park Conservatory provided a breathtaking setting for Liz and Tom’s outdoor ceremony. Surrounded by lush greenery, the conservatory’s Show House was the perfect spot for our couple to exchange heartfelt vows and fill the air with love and magic. Accompanied by our carefully curated music selection, the ceremony was an intimate and unforgettable moment that captured the essence of their beautiful journey. Following the ceremony, the celebration transitioned to cocktail hour, then followed into the Horticulture Hall for the remainder of the evening.
The reception commenced with a grand entrance that exuded energy and excitement. Liz and Tom made their grand entrance into the reception, accompanied by the charming melody of “This Magic Moment” by Lake Street Dive. This song also served as their first dance, which was a beautiful moment for both our couple and all of their guests. The reception continued with heartfelt moments that celebrated the bond between family members. Liz shared a touching dance with her father, swaying to the soulful tunes of “Isn’t She Lovely” by Stevie Wonder. Tom and his mother followed, embracing the love and nostalgia evoked by “Danny’s Song” by Anne Murray. These dances were for sure cherished memories for the couple and their parents, and truly warmed the hearts of all in attendance.
Following the dinner portion of the evening, it was time to invite everyone to join the couple on the dance floor. DJ Shannon and DJ Tyler opened up the dance floor to “Can’t Take My Eyes Off of You” by Frankie Valli, which was a great song for all the couples to dance and sing along to. Throughout the evening, they expertly curated the ultimate playlist for everyone to enjoy. The seamless transitions between wedding favorites, top 40s hits, and the bride and groom’s favorite songs ensured that every guest had moments to groove and celebrate the joyous occasion. Plenty of Taylor Swift was played, including her song “…Ready For It?” as a nod to the fact that 10 people, including the bride, would be attending the Taylor Swift concert the next night. DJ Shannon and DJ Tyler kept the energy high and the dance floor alive and filled for the rest of the night.
Congratulations to Liz and Tom! As we reflect on the magical moments and the unforgettable music that filled the air, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to them for allowing DJ Shannon, DJ Tyler, and Paul Michaels Events to be the soundtrack to their extraordinary love story. We were honored to be a part of this remarkable day, creating memories that will be cherished by the couple and their guests for a lifetime.
