Moving on with our 2017 wedding season, Paul and Assistant Alec recently provided DJ and entertainment services for Erica and Paul’s Wedding at the Ruffled Feathers Golf Club in Lemont, IL. Erica and Paul had already seen Paul Michaels Events in action at Erica’s sister’s wedding, as well as her cousins wedding. Clearly we have a good rapport with their family. 🙂
For a little background, this was a hispanic and Lithuanian mix wedding where we were playing a mixture of American/English music, Spanish (Salsa, Bachata, Cumbia, etc) Music, as well as Lithuanian music all night. Something unique which I thought was great is that their family had a mariachi band come to play for cocktail hour and continued playing music during dinner. None of us really knew how this would turn out (having 3 different languages of music at the wedding), and I believe I can speak for all of us when we say it was awesome! We kept a packed dance floor all night long and delivered an incredible dream wedding for Erica and Paul.
We were lucky to work with some great vendors for this wedding, and can’t wait to work with them again!
