Autumn is known as “the season of change” that surrounds us with a certain uniqueness and beauty we’ve come to know and love in Chicagoland. The wedding that we had the pleasure of providing our services for on September 26th 2021 embodied this ideal in every way. Doctors Heather and Jake celebrated their wedding reception at the historic Hotel Baker in downtown St. Charles, IL.
Two rooms were featured that day with the Rainbow room hosting dinner and the Waterfront room hosting dancing. An outdoor patio and garden area also served as a delightful setting to host the cocktail hour. Energy was thriving through the Hotel for the whole night for many reasons. Moving to different spaces throughout the night gave everyone a little thrill for adventure.
Hearing the fervent speeches delivered from the family of the newlyweds helped provoke feeling of great joy and emotion. Most importantly, hearing the power of music first from a lovely string quartet, and then headlined by DJs Shannon and Brian stimulated feelings and actions in people that you can’t experience anywhere else but in the moment.
All of this culminated in a sendoff for the bride and groom with sparklers illuminating their path in the night sky. It was an unforgettable night and we’re so very thankfully to Heather and Jake for the opportunity to be apart of their special day.
