This July I was able to be the Wedding DJ for Julia and Max’s wedding at the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum in Chicago. After my very first meeting with this couple I knew they would be a lot of fun to work with, and that the love they had for each other, as well as their energy was going to make for a fantastic wedding.

This was the first time I’ve ever worked at the museum, but I will say it was definitely a place I’d like to work again. This venue has some beautiful views of the city, as well as a wonderful courtyard where the ceremony was held.

The cocktail hour was held on the outdoor patio upstairs, just outside the reception hall.

I was able to work with Becky Brown of Becky Brown Photography who did a great job capturing this special day, and with Jesse of Love’s Reel Wedding Films (on the preferred vendors list) who (as always) did an amazing job as can be seen below in his video highlight of the day!

Max and Julia: Thank you for letting me be a part of your wedding and congratulations again!

Check out some snapshots from the wedding, and feel free to tag your friends!
