October may be close to ending, but the weddings are going strong. For Kristen and Rich, we provided our DJ Services just north of Chicago in Rosemont, Illinois. Their wedding took place at the illustrious Hyatt Regency O’Hare Chicago in the Rosemont Room. Kristen and Rich went all out for their wedding by opting for our Wedding VIP Package, which included a special “Name-in-Lights” monogram for them and our “Dancing in the Clouds” effect for their first dance. They also added on a photo booth for guests to capture the memory of the night.

The reception started with guests entering the ballroom, gazing at the setup of Paul Michaels Events and Chicago Wedding Decoration‘s gorgeous centerpieces. They came ready to dance the night away, but the vibes only grew stronger as the bridal party entered the room. They really got the party going by doing specialized dances to Black Eyed Peas “Let’s Get It Started”. Following them, the newlyweds waltzed in to Beyonce & Jay-Z’s “Crazy in Love”, which was absolutely fitting for these two. They decided to do their cake cutting prior to dinner, had a beautiful first dance, and then shared dances with each of their parents. 

As guests enjoyed dinner, we played nostalgic classics and forgotten love songs that everyone loved listening to. The Man of Honor and Best Man gave some lovely speeches, and once those concluded, it was time to open up the dance floor. DJ Brian & DJ Shannon made sure the energy of the music matched the energy of the guests. Everybody danced to a healthy mix of Top 40s and the oldies, and absolutely had a blast doing so! 

This was such an amazing reception, from top to bottom, and we’re thankful for Kristen and Rich for including us in their amazing vendor team! Cheers to the newlyweds, and may they continue to create many blissful memories like their wedding night.
