We couldn’t have asked for a better way to kick off the start of October than with Wes and Andrea’s stunning wedding, setting the stage for a month brimming with love and celebration. As one of the first weddings of the month, their special day set the bar high, with every moment radiating warmth, joy, and unforgettable memories. With our DJ services, including our wedding base package, we were thrilled to play a pivotal role in making their day absolutely perfect. From touching family dances to a dance floor that never stopped buzzing, this wedding was the perfect way to begin a month of magical celebrations.

The stunning Salt Creek Golf Club served as the perfect setting for their special day, with its lush golf course providing an idyllic backdrop for the outdoor ceremony. Under the expansive blue sky, surrounded by nature’s beauty, the couple said their vows in a heartfelt ceremony made even more adorable by a very special guest—their beloved dog, Soy, who proudly took on the role of “flower girl.” With a floral collar and a wagging tail, Soy added an extra dose of sweetness, capturing hearts and bringing smiles to everyone’s faces as she trotted down the aisle.

After such a tender ceremony, the celebration continued with a lively cocktail hour where light and classic tunes set the tone for an evening that promised to be both elegant and exhilarating. Guests mingled and laughed, soaking in the warm, welcoming atmosphere while toasting to the newlyweds. The excitement in the air was unmistakable, and everyone was eagerly awaiting what was to come next.

The moment the wedding party burst into the room to “24k Magic” by Bruno Mars, the energy skyrocketed. It was the perfect song choice to get the celebration started, filling the space with a burst of excitement. But the real showstopper was Wes and Andrea’s grand entrance to “Bring ’em Out” by T.I., a bold and vibrant choice that perfectly matched their personalities. The couple danced their way into the room with beaming smiles and made their way straight to the cake, where they shared a tender moment slicing into their first piece together to the sweet sounds of “Better Together” by Jack Johnson. As if that wasn’t romantic enough, they then glided into their first dance to “Anyone (Acoustic)” by Bobby Brinker. It was an intimate and touching performance that had everyone entranced, a beautiful moment that seemed to pause time.

Dinner was an equally special affair, not just because of the delicious food but due to the heartfelt toasts that brought laughter, tears, and joyous applause. Friends and family shared stories and raised their glasses in honor of Wes and Andrea, paying tribute to their love story and the incredible bond they share.

Adding even more warmth to the evening were the family dances, moments that radiated pure emotion. Andrea and her father, Raul, took to the floor for a touching dance to “I Hope You Dance” by Ronan Keating. There wasn’t a dry eye in the house as they twirled, celebrating their unbreakable father-daughter bond. Next, Wes shared a sweet dance with his mother, Carol, to “Forever Young” by Rod Stewart, a poignant reminder of the timeless connection between mother and son. These dances added layers of meaning to an already magical evening, reminding everyone of the depth of love that goes beyond just the couple, touching all who are near to them.

Then, with formalities out of the way, it was time to crank up the fun! DJ Tyler didn’t just bring music to the dance floor—he brought it to life. The vibrant mix of pop hits, nostalgic classics, and dance floor favorites had guests of all ages up and moving. Laughter and joy spilled from the dance floor, filling every corner of the venue with a contagious energy that made it impossible not to join in on the fun.

One of the evening’s most heartwarming highlights was a surprise performance that left the entire room in awe. Andrea took the stage to serenade Wes with a heartfelt song, and as if that wasn’t already magical enough, her sister Amanda and father Raul accompanied her on guitar. It was an incredibly touching tribute to her husband, and the performance spoke volumes about the couple’s deep connection and the close-knit love shared among their family.

As the spectacular day drew to a close, there was still one more moment to savor—an enchanting final dance to “New York, New York” by Frank Sinatra. Wes and Andrea took to the floor one last time, surrounded by their closest family and friends, as the timeless melody echoed through the night. It was the perfect way to end a day filled with laughter, happy tears, and unforgettable memories. The couple swayed together, basking in the magic of their wedding day and the love that had surrounded them from start to finish.

From the stunning ceremony to the high-energy reception, every moment was crafted to be special, and we at Paul Michaels Events were honored to be part of it all. Here’s to Wes and Andrea—may your marriage be as radiant and full of love as your beautiful wedding day!
