For Mallory and Brian, they wanted to make sure that their wedding helped tell their love story, from location to the smallest of details. Because of this, Paul Michaels Events DJ Company was the obvious choice for their wedding DJ. Paul and Mallory have known each other for a few years, so when Paul heard of his friend’s engagement, he made it a priority to be part of their special day. For this wedding, we provided professional DJ services for both their ceremony and their reception. They opted for the wedding base package, which worked out amazingly.
December 10th brought us to Revolution Brewery, located in Chicago’s Logan Square neighborhood. This was such a unique and cool venue for a wedding, especially for beer lovers like Mallory and Brian. Not only that, but this venue was within walking distance of where they had their first date, so the location was perfect.
Though the ceremony was short and sweet, you could feel the love “brewing” in the room. Brian’s cousin, Peter, had the honor of officiating the wedding. After the couple exchanged their “I Do’s”, it was time to get some brews. During cocktail hour, guests participated in brewery tours while the venue staff did a room flip to add tables for the reception and dinner. Everyone had such a great experience drinking beer and learning more about one of Chicago’s top breweries!
After the formalities, DJ Paul and DJ Tyler got the party started by opening the dance floor. They kept the floor full with great tunes from the past and the present, including hits like “Mambo No. 5” by Lou Bega. The DJ duo and Revolution’s staff combined their efforts to provide a memorable event for everyone in attendance. The newlyweds received compliments all night long, and truly had their perfect wedding.
