Though their ceremony was off-site, we imagine it was just as lovely as their reception. Traveling from Orland Christian Reform Church, guests soon arrived to enjoy cocktail hour as the bridal party took pictures with the gorgeous landscape at the country club. We then headed in to the East Room to partake in the reception. 

 

Deborah and Jakub felt “On Top of the World” as they entered the room to the Imagine Dragons hit. After sharing their first dance and cake cutting, it was time to bless the meal and eat dinner. While enjoying dinner, guests enjoyed the acoustic sounds of some live guitarists serenading the room. Jakub’s father, the maid of honor, and the best man all shared their heartfelt toasts with the room, congratulating the newlyweds. Before opening the dance floor, the bride and groom each exchanged a dance with their parents. After Jakub and his mother shared their dance, it was time to invite everyone on the dance floor to celebrate.

 

The dance floor was lively and ready for action. DJ Shannon made sure a wide variety of genres were played to appeal to everyone’s taste. Country, rap, classic rock, and house music were just some of the beats that played all night long. Besides playing killer music, he kept everyone engaged by hosting Deborah’s bouquet toss, Jakub’s garter toss, and the money dance. Deborah and Jakub also played musical chairs with their friends and family, which was a game everyone had fun with. Charcuterie boards were placed out for a late night snack, which helped keep the energy levels up. Everyone kept the party going all night long!
