Luck was on their side!
That heading couldn’t be more true for Jen and Kyle. We recently had the privilege of providing Wedding Reception DJ Services and and Wedding Ceremony DJ Services for Jen and Kyle at their wedding at Acquaviva Winery in Maple Park. Now let’s be honest here, when someone books a late October wedding in Chicago, we truly have no way of deciding if it’s going to be 100 degrees outside, or -20. But as mentioned above, Jen and Kyle truly had someone watching out for them, as they had a totally beautiful day for an outdoor wedding ceremony. Honestly, it was probably one of the last possible Saturdays in Chicagoland to get weather like that for an outdoor ceremony. For the ceremony, Jen and Kyle had a band providing the music, while we provided microphone coverage for the officiant and all the readers.
After they made it official, everyone was shuttled back to the reception hall across the street where we had setup our dance floor in the atrium/entrance of the restaurant. Our DJ setup was placed to be convenient for the dance floor, but we were pretty far from where the guests were all seated. Because of this, we had to place a wireless speaker in the seating area to make sure that all the speeches could be heard perfectly (since we’re OCD about making sure that each wedding is perfect).
After dinner and speeches, we got the night going and kept it going until the very last minute. Check it out for yourself below!
